1. 协议双方 · Who these terms are between
本条款是您与 VERIO（负责人：Md Shahadat Hossen Sadir，联系邮箱 support@yjtkprep.com）之间关于使用 YJTKprep 应用、网页应用和网站（“本服务”）的协议。注册或使用本服务即表示您接受本条款和《隐私政策》。
These terms are an agreement between you and VERIO (responsible person: Md Shahadat Hossen Sadir, contact support@yjtkprep.com) about your use of the YJTKprep app, web app and website (the "Service"). By registering or using the Service you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. 本服务 · The Service
YJTKprep 提供 CSCA 和 HSK 考试的备考资料、模拟考试、成绩分析和 AI 学习助手。本服务是独立的备考工具，与任何官方考试机构、奖学金机构或高校无关，也不代表它们。模拟考试成绩只是估计，不保证您在正式考试中的结果。
YJTKprep offers study material, mock tests, result analysis and an AI study assistant for the CSCA and HSK exams. It is an independent preparation tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by any official exam body, scholarship authority or university. Mock-test scores are estimates and do not guarantee your result in the real exam.
AI 助手的回答由第三方 AI 模型自动生成，可能不准确，请自行核实。
Answers from the AI assistant are generated automatically by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate; please check them.
3. 您的账号 · Your account
- 请提供真实、准确的注册信息，并在信息变化时联系我们更正。Give true and accurate registration details and contact us to correct them if they change.
- 登录密钥就是您的密码：请妥善保管，不要分享。若怀疑泄露，请使用“忘记密钥”获取新密钥，或联系我们。Your login key is your password: keep it secret and do not share it. If you think it leaked, use "Forgot key" to get a new one, or contact us.
- 一个账号只供一人使用。One account is for one person.
- 您必须年满 16 岁。未满 18 岁的用户请在父母或监护人知情的情况下使用本服务。You must be at least 16. If you are under 18, use the service with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
4. 公平使用与防作弊 · Fair use and anti-cheat
模拟考试期间，应用会记录您的作答行为（如切换应用或标签页、作答速度、更改答案），用于计算风险评分，详见《隐私政策》。风险评分高的考试可能会被人工复核、标记，或在管理员批准后被重置。
During a mock test the app records how you answer (for example leaving the app or tab, answering speed, changed answers) to compute a risk score, as described in the Privacy Policy. Attempts with a high risk score may be reviewed by a person, flagged, or reset with an administrator's approval.
您不得 · You must not:
- 在模拟考试中使用他人帮助、外部工具或自动化程序作弊。Cheat in mock tests with help from others, external tools or automation.
- 抓取、批量下载、复制或转售题库、讲解或其他内容。Scrape, bulk-download, copy or resell the question bank, explanations or other content.
- 尝试绕过安全措施、访问他人账号或干扰本服务的运行。Try to get around security measures, access other people's accounts or disrupt the Service.
- 通过反馈或 AI 助手发送违法、骚扰或侵权内容。Send unlawful, harassing or infringing content through feedback or the AI assistant.
5. 内容与知识产权 · Content and intellectual property
本服务中的题目、讲解、设计和软件归 VERIO 或其许可方所有。我们授予您个人、非商业、不可转让的使用许可，仅用于您自己的备考。您提交的反馈归您所有；您允许我们使用它来改进本服务。
The questions, explanations, design and software of the Service belong to VERIO or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to use them for your own exam preparation. Feedback you send remains yours; you allow us to use it to improve the Service.
6. 费用 · Fees
本服务目前免费。若将来推出付费功能，我们会在付款前清楚说明价格和条件，并另行取得您的同意。
The Service is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we will show the price and conditions clearly and ask for your agreement before any payment.
7. 暂停与终止 · Suspension and termination
您可以随时在 设置 → 删除账号 中删除账号。若您严重或多次违反本条款（例如作弊、滥用、攻击本服务），我们可以暂停或关闭您的账号；除非法律或安全原因不允许，我们会告知原因。
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. If you seriously or repeatedly break these terms (for example cheating, abuse, attacking the Service), we may suspend or close your account; we will tell you why unless the law or security reasons prevent it.
8. 免责声明与责任限制 · Disclaimers and limitation of liability
本服务按“现状”提供。我们会尽力保持其可用和正确，但不保证不中断或没有错误。在法律允许的最大范围内，VERIO 不对间接损失或因依赖模拟成绩、AI 回答而产生的损失承担责任。本条款不限制法律规定不能限制的责任或消费者权利。
The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and correct but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, VERIO is not liable for indirect losses or for losses from relying on mock-test scores or AI answers. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
9. 条款变更 · Changes to these terms
如果我们对本条款作出重要更改，会更新版本号；下次使用应用时您需要阅读并重新同意。不同意新条款时，您可以删除账号。
If we make important changes, we update the version number and you will be asked to accept the new version the next time you use the app. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
10. 适用法律 · Governing law
本条款适用孟加拉国法律。对于中国大陆用户的个人信息，中华人民共和国法律（包括《个人信息保护法》）同样适用。争议首先通过 support@yjtkprep.com 友好协商解决。
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. For the personal data of users in mainland China, the laws of the People's Republic of China, including the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), also apply. Please first contact support@yjtkprep.com so we can try to resolve any dispute.
