Yes. YJTK is currently free to use, with no subscription.
The preparatory exam — 理科中文 (Science Chinese), mathematics, physics and chemistry: full mock exams, extra practice sets and lessons, with chapter review for mathematics and physics. Each subject is scored out of 100. Plus the HSK 3.0 syllabus, levels 1–9: vocabulary, characters and grammar.
Download the APK from this page. Allow "Install unknown apps" for your browser when Android asks, then open the file and follow the prompts.
Lessons, vocabulary and exam questions are built into the app. Signing in, saving results and diagnostic reports need an internet connection.
Not yet. In the meantime, the web app works on iPhone in Safari.
YJTK was created by MD Shahadat Hossen Sadir, founder of VERIO and an undergraduate student at Beihang University. As a Chinese Government Scholarship recipient, he completed his preparatory year at Tianjin University. YJTK is built on the challenges he experienced during that year.
